Principle

Utilizing the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the main paddles installed at the bottom of the machine body, the material undergoes comprehensive radial (inner-outer) and axial (up-down) convective interlaced mixing. High-speed lateral crushing paddles mounted on the cylinder wall thoroughly disrupt and redirect the incoming material for thorough mixing. The high-speed rotation and coordinated action of these two blade types achieve uniform mixing in minimal time, delivering rapid, efficient, and highly homogeneous results.

Features

Can be equipped with a liquid atomizer for quantitative liquid addition and mixing. Can be fitted with a flying knife grinding device for grinding and shearing processing.

Mixing time can be set to achieve timed mixing. ．Convenient loading and unloading: the semi-open top cover allows quick and easy material feeding, while the slide plate discharge ensures rapid and complete discharge. The container has no dead corners and is easy to clean.

The sealing structure is meticulously designed for reliable performance, easy maintenance and disassembly, and extended service life.
