WORKING PRINCIPLE
This machine consists of container, screw stirring paddles and transitional parts; the screw paddle usually has 2 or 3 layers, the outer screw will push the material from the sides to the center, and the inner screw will push the material from the center back to the sides, the convection mixing is form in this way.
FEATURES
1. Larger loading capacity and small occupied area.
2. It is difficult to clean when it is used to mix viscous or adhesive material.
APPLICATION
This mixer is mainly used in the mixing of viscous or adhesive powder material and powder material with liquid and paste added. Because it is difficult to clean for mixing viscous material, we recommend to use this machine for mixing large output production which doesn’t required to displacing variety material frequently.
